TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING STEPS:
A. Four ways to book at DigiParc (Digital Events Place @DigiPARC)

1. Fill out our online reservation form. https://DigiPARC.globaltronics.net
2. Contact our operations team through the DigiPARC phones:

3. Call for an appointment to see and inspect the DigiParc facilities.

B. We will acknowledge and confirm your booking through SMS or email. Our DigiPARC team shall inform you of any concern regarding your booking.

C. For booking worth P5,000.00 and up, your group can proceed with the 50% down payment once reservation is confirmed.

D. The full balance should be paid before the use of the DigiPARC studio.

E. A full-day rental is 8 hours; half-day is 4 hours. Overtime rates shall apply for all hours outside of 9:00AM to 6:00PM. For overtime, a thirty (30%) percent surcharge shall be applied.

I. BOOKING POLICIES

A. Bookings will be accepted only during office hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6pm. Rental shall be for a minimum of two (2) hours. We are close during holidays.

B. Ocular inspections may be done only during office hours with prior notice and scheduled appointment.

C. Renter should be of legal age, 18 years old and above. Renter with age below 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For corporation, only the authorized person/s should enter into a rental agreement.

D. We need a 30-minute clean-up time between usage.

E. Studio rental is inclusive of DigiPARC venue, LED/commercial display, WIFI, airconditioning, and basic sound system.

II. PAYMENT

A. For holiday bookings, a thirty (30%) percent surcharge shall be applied.

B. A 50% down payment (DP) is required for any reservation worth P5,000.00 and above payable, upon booking confirmation. Based on our first-to-pay, first-to-be-served policy, a DP confirms your booking and the studio will close during holidays. and scheduled appointment. not be awarded to another client.

C. Down payments can be done through:

          Please send a copy of the deposit slip/money transfer to mroxas@globaltronics.net. We will send a confirmation email to you once we receive your DP.

          2. Direct payment at DigiPARC (494 Lt. Artiaga Street, Barangay Corazon De Jesus, San Juan City) or at Globaltronics (349 Ortigas Avenue, Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City).

III. INGRESS, EGRESS, and TIME EXTENSIONS

A. Rental duration is inclusive of the ingress and egress time.

B. Set-up/pack-up that extends beyond the time reserved shall be billed a full hour. Staying inside the room before/beyond your booked time will be billed accordingly.

C. In case you wish to extend the use of the reserved studio or room, full payment of the extended hours must be made BEFORE you can be allowed continued use of the room or studio.

D. The Renter shall vacate the premises by the agreed time in the booking confirmation. Specific arrangements to extend must be confirmed by Globaltronics DigiParc Management. Any extension of time or failure to vacate the premises at the agreed time shall incur an additional fee (based on an hourly rate).  

E. Should the studio or room to be reserved is unavailable for the additional time, we will request you to move to another unreserved room or studio available at that time. The rate of the room you will transfer to will apply accordingly.

F. Any goods, properties or materials brought in by or on behalf of the Renter, are the full responsibility of the Renter. 

IV. TARDINESS, REDUCTION OF HOURS, AND CANCELLATION

A. Should your group be late for whatever reason, you will still need to finish on time and be billed in full for the reserved hour/s.

B. Cancellation of bookings will be subject to the following penalties and will be billed as follows:

1. 7 days prior to reserved or booking date: 50% of the Down Payment.
2. No show on the date of reservation: Full Forfeiture of the Down Payment.

C. Last-minute (less than a day before or on the day itself) cutting back of reservation hours is considered as partial cancellation. The guest must pay 50% of the rental amount needed for the unused hour/s. (i.e., if you rent a studio for 3 hours and decide to use just 2 hours, you would still need to pay 50% of the unused 1 hour). 

D. Moving the time of reservation 2 hours before or less will be billed as cancellation for the original time and the other will be extended. (ex. The group replaced the booking from 2 – 4pm to 3 – 5pm. They will pay the cancellation fee [50% of the original amount of 2 to 3pm and whole amount of 3 to 5pm).

E. If DigiParc must cancel the Renter’s reservation for reasons beyond its control such as prolonged power outages, super typhoons, natural calamities etc. Renter will be given either rescheduling priority or a full refund. Globaltronics is not liable for events out of its control that affect the shoot, such as equipment failures, power outages, weather, acts of God or emergencies. In such cases, we will refund a prorated portion of Renter’s payment if rental period had already started, or rescheduling priority if rental period had not begun.

 V. EQUIPMENT

A. Renter can request the following additional equipment from DigiParc at additional cost and to be indicated in their registration form, such as:

1. Basic or Special Audio Speakers
2. Basic or Special Lighting
3. Customized Sound System
4. Microphone
5. Professional Camera and Tripod
6. LED Lights
7. Furniture
8. Others

B. If renter will bring in their own equipment, props, set pieces, etc., renter must email a complete detailed list to DigiParc Admin office at least three (3) days before your reserved date so we can issue a gate pass. Any electrical equipment/device shall be subject to checking for compatibility and usage requirement/s.  We reserve the right to inspect all Renter’s belongings for the security of the whole facility.   

C. We require a detailed list of equipment and equipment set-up (e.g. light equipment, sound boards, table and seating plan, etc. ). We will review the list to ably assist you with your set-up. We reserve the right to disallow equipment deemed unsafe (ex. heavy equipment that DigiParc building’s main power circuit breaker cannot support).

VI. PROPERTY USE AND DAMAGE

A. Renters would be fully liable for any damage they may cause to DigiPARC facilities, equipment, furniture, and fixtures. The Renter/s will be prohibited from making future reservations until they have fully paid the repair or replacement costs. 

B. Renters should clean up and pack up all props, set pieces, and equipment COMPLETELY before leaving. A P2,000 overnight storage fee shall be imposed for heavy items and/or equipment left at the studios or room. Any non-DigiPARC property left by Renters in the studios or rooms will be disposed of after one (1) day.

C. Our PARKING AREA is strictly for DigiParc renter PARKING USE on a first come first park basis unless it is fully rented out for an outdoor event. If you are bringing a vehicle, kindly park at the proper designated spaces. Please note that our parking area allotment is given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Overnight parking is strictly prohibited. DigiParc shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage in any of the vehicles parked in the designated area.

D. Complex construction involving painting, welding, or other activities that may cause damage to the property is not allowed.

E. The Renter is responsible for overseeing group decorum to prevent property damage.

F. The Renter or its authorized representative/s, user, must agree to the following:

1. No Drugs and alcoholic beverages on site
2. No pets allowed without prior written consent
3. Maximum of twelve (12) people in Renter’s party
4. Permission to allow a representative of Globaltronics to inspect the shoot at all times
5. No hazardous, illegal, or negligent practices/activities or substances
6. No weapons of any kind
7. All Vehicles must be fully checked by security personnel at the entrance prior to entering the DigiParc premises. 
8. STRICTLY No Smoking inside the DigiParc Complex, there are designated areas for smoking/vaping outside the premises.
9. Must act in a manner that, in DigitParc’s sole discretion, does or is likely to adversely affect the peaceful operation of the location.
10. Must not use the premises for illegal purposes or in any manner that could tarnish the reputation of the DigiParc, its owners, or affiliates.
11. Will not tamper with, borrow, remove any property on the location.
12. Not cause or permit any hazardous substance to be used, stored, released, or disposed of or in the location.

G. If our Globaltronics representative discovers serious violation of the property rules or otherwise becomes aware of any rule violation, he/she may stop the shoot / event and require Renter and its party to leave DigiParc premise immediately.   

H. Any signs, symbols, or other objects displayed on the location must be approved by DigiPARC, and must be removed following the duration of the rent.

 VII. CATERING

A. Food & Beverage is available only with our accredited caterers. Please inquire at the DigiParc Admin office or contact us via phone numbers listed above. Outside caterers will not be permitted without our prior approval.

 VIII. RIGHTS OF GLOBALTRONICS

A. Globaltronics reserves the right to cancel, move, and/or ban the Renter in case of non-compliance to the terms and conditions stated above.

B. Globaltronics, as the official DigiParc Administrator and Manager reserves the right to revise its rental fees and charges anytime. However once a deposit is paid, no revision to fees will occur unless the conditions of rental are amended or there is an increase in cost of power charges, government tax and permits or other factors of extreme cost fluctuations.

IX. WAIVER

A. The Renter’s group, company, and/or event organizer hereby assumes all risks and liability in the use of DigiPARC premises from negligence and/or carelessness on the part of the Renter’s group, company, and/or event organizer, including dangerous or faulty equipment and unsafe and/or dangerous acts.

B. The Renter’s group, company, and/or event organizer understands that Globaltronics has no negligence and/or liability in cases that there are visual, audial, tactile, olfactory and other distractions that may arise while using DigiPARC spaces. The Renter’s group, company, and/or event organizer will shoulder all the expense in cases of cancellations and change of venue, due to the distractions stated above.

C. DigiParc, its owners, representatives, and employees, nor their agents, shall be liable for, and the Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the former free and harmless, from any claim, action and/or judgment for damages to property to injury to person/s suffered on the location by any  person, firm or corporation. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold DigiParc from and against all loss, cost, and expense, including attorney’s fees, arising from any act, omissions of negligence of any persons, in or about the location.
